จากสถานการณ์ฝุ่น PM 2.5 ในประเทศไทยที่ยังคงทวีความรุนแรง ล่าสุดกรุงเทพฯ และเชียงใหม่ติดอันดับเมืองที่มีมลพิษสูงที่สุดในโลก หลายพื้นที่ทั่วประเทศมีค่าฝุ่นละอองเกินมาตรฐานระดับสีส้มถึงสีแดง กระทบโดยตรงต่อสุขภาพของประชาชน ทั้งนี้เพื่อช่วยบรรเทาผลกระทบจากวิกฤตมลพิษ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย ได้ร่วมมือกับ เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ (ซีพี) ในการพัฒนา หน้ากากอนามัย “POR-DEE” ซึ่งออกแบบมาเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการได้รับฝุ่น PM 2.5 โดยมอบหมายให้ บริษัท ซีพี โซเชียลอิมแพคท์ จำกัด เป็นผู้ผลิตหน้ากากนี้ภายใต้มาตรฐานระดับสากล รายได้หลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายจากการจำหน่ายหน้ากากทั้งหมด จะถูกส่งกลับไปสนับสนุน โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย และคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาฯเพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมทางการแพทย์ ตามเจตนารมย์ นายธนินท์ เจียรวนนท์ ประธานอาวุโส เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ ฝุ่น PM 2.5 อันตรายกว่าที่คิด! ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเตือนต้องเร่งป้องกัน รศ.นพ.ฉันชาย สิทธิพันธุ์ อายุรแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ คณบดีคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ และผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ฯ เปิดเผยว่าฝุ่น PM 2.5 เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพอย่างร้ายแรง โดยส่งผลกระทบทั้งระยะสั้น และระยะยาว อาทิ ในระยะสั้น […]
